Conference Refund Policy
Conference and/or workshop registration may be cancelled/withdrawn subjected to 50% refund if written notification with a valid reason is received 90 (Ninety) Days prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted for any cancellation/withdrawal of registration within 90 (Ninety) Days of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the regional leadership team following the conference.
Refund requests should be submitted in a formal writing request with official letterhead of the affiliated organization addressing to:
